Todd Tribble, Owner

Todd’s painting career started in 1985 with a station wagon and one exterior paint job as a way to help pay for college. Today, Todd is proud of his team of employees who work hard every day to meet or exceed the client’s expectations. Todd lives in Ann Arbor with his wife and chocolate lab and together they have two college-age sons.

Nick Harms, Estimator

Nick started at Tribble as a carpenter but quickly moved into an estimator roll due to his vast construction experience as well as his affable personality. He enjoys coaching or just watching his two boys play football, baseball, and track. Nick enjoys collaborating with clients to find solutions for their painting projects as well as coaching employees to grow in their positions.

Ashley DeVore, Administrative Assistant

Ashley is the first person you are likely to interact with at Tribble. She answers the client’s questions and schedules appointments for estimates. Ashley lives locally with her daughter and says her favorite part about working at Tribble is the culture.

Jeanette Kissell, Office Manager

Jeanette grew up in Texas but has made Michigan her home for over 20 years. At Tribble, she acts as the Office Manager keeping our painters painting and client’s jobs on schedule. The painters like to joke that Jeanette is the wizard behind the curtain keeping everything in motion. Jeanette’s favorite part of her job is working as a team to see a plan successfully implemented.

Weston Rohling, Project Manager

Weston grew up in Georgia where he enjoyed being outdoors and exploring nature. After high school, Weston joined the Marines where he served for four years. He was stationed at Camp Lejeune and visited six countries of which Spain was his favorite. Weston enjoys painting as he has always had a natural curiosity for building things and seeing projects come to a favorable conclusion.

Rob is a reformed baker who says that he gets the same type of satisfaction from painting as he did as a baker. “I get to create something with my hands that will make people smile”. Rob enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and building and flying model airplanes.

Mike Rogers, Project Manager

Mike is a self-described family man who loves spending time with his wife and three kids. Mike grew up locally in Brighton. He has been a painter for 10 years and loves the process of transforming things with his hands, which is what drew Mike to painting.

Mark Howard, Project Manager

Mark grew up in the Toledo, Ohio area and has lived in SE Michigan for the past 15 years. He has one daughter and they enjoy movies together and fishing in the summers. Mark likes the tangible, visible results that he gets to see after a day of painting. He loves to see people’s reactions to their newly painted homes. Mark always says “Tribble may be in the painting business, but really we’re in the business of making happy customers”.

Aaron has over 20 years of painting experience and says one of his favorite parts of his job is passing that knowledge onto new employees. Aaron enjoys the camaraderie and team environment at Tribble.
