Who are Tribble's Employees and why should I trust them?

"I trust you Todd to come paint my house, but I know you are not the one who will be doing the work. In turn, who will be the one that is going to do the work?"

Tribble Painting has Full-Time employees that work for us year-round. Each employee goes through our three (3) month “Training Program” which is divided into different categories. These categories include:

• Caulking
• Proper Rolling techniques
• Proper Brushing techniques
• Proper clean up procedures
• How to power wash
• The 3 P’s of painting. Prep, Prime, and Paint (Basics of painting)

During this three-month program we also have a review system, a training binder, and progress reporting. A designated Project Manager supervises each employee for these three-months. The Project Manager has weekly meeting with the trainee to review their progress, and fill out their training binder. Included in the three-months are bi-weekly review sessions with Todd to ensure each new trainee is moving along according to his or her binder.

Since, Tribble Painting is licensed and insured are employees go through a Background Test, as well as a Drug Test.
